and DLI Educational Consults, he has pioneered significant strides in the educational and consulting
sectors. He also leads the International Association of Computer Analysts and Researchers (IACAR),
Diplomats Leadership Institute, and the International League of Tutors.
His influence extends to several boards, including MIDI Nig Ltd, EnelecGS Nig Ltd, Chicken Change
Food Concept Ltd, and Elpizo Humanitarian Organization in Nigeria, and internationally with the SGP

Accounting, and he later obtained a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Calabar.
His global academic pursuits include prestigious business certificates from Santa Clara University,
California, and Quantum University in the United States, cementing his expertise in various fields.

H.E Ambassador Dr. Stephen is a dynamic leader whose work has profoundly impacted education and
entrepreneurship across Africa. As the founder of the Nigeria Youth Summit, which he led for nearly
a decade, he has been pivotal in shaping youth development in Nigeria. The YES I CAN PROJECT, another of his notable ventures, fosters apprenticeship
development and empowers young entrepreneurs.
As Head of Missions for the AU Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly, Stephen has overseen the induction of over 70 Ambassadors, guiding them to fulfill their mandates and ensuring the successful implementation of the AU Agenda 2063’s strategic objectives.
